Let's set up a free, exploratory session to find out if we would be a good fit. Assuming we are, we can discuss your goals and which package of coaching makes best sense for you. Typically we are talking about a minimum of six one-hour sessions in order to create sustainable change. Your package might include the use of an assessment tool such as the:
- DISC Behavioral Assessment
- EQ-i 2.0 (emotional intelligence assessment)
You will uncover both your strengths and development areas and how to grow and use both in your leadership journey. You will walk away with a concrete plan of action and a renewed sense of confidence and accomplishment. I will be there to help you celebrate your successes and address any barriers along the way so that you can ultimately achieve your goals and realize your dreams.
